Nano Linear NT...V is a compact linear motor table that has excellent functional beauty by arranging magnets and scale for optical linear encoder to the movable steel table, and stator coil and head for linear encoder to the steel bed. For the guiding portion of the table, we adopted C-Lube Linear Way L which realized a maintenance-free period of 5 years or 20,000 km, and are contributing to the reduction of maintenance man-hours. By adopting high performance neodymium magnets for the rotor, although the size is extremely small, a maximum thrust of 36N is exhibited, and it makes high-speed, high-response positioning possible. Furthermore, since the mechanical contact portion uses Linear Way only, high cleanliness is realized.
Nano Linear NT...V is most suitable as compact positioning mechanism such as semiconductor / liquid crystal related manufacturing equipment, inspection instruments and assembly equipment that require clean environments.
